Terms of Use

tagwerk is a daily creative-practice application. It provides one painting per day with an analysis, a studio protocol to work through, and a local journal for reflections and photos of the resulting work.

Use of the App

The app is provided for personal use only. Users may create written reflections and attach photos of their own work; this content remains stored on their own device.

Local Data Storage

Journal content (reflections, practice records, photos) is stored locally on the user's device. tagwerk does not operate its own server for journal content. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may permanently delete it; use the built-in export function to keep a backup.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Full access to tagwerk is planned as an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective terms; during the beta phase, no purchases are offered. Once available, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel via your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscription status is verified via RevenueCat, Inc. The journal is never paywalled: access to your own reflections and photos does not depend on an active subscription. Intellectual Property

The software, design, analyses, studio protocols, and all editorial texts of tagwerk are the intellectual property of Fabian Kindermann unless otherwise stated. Artwork reproductions originate from museum open-access programs under public-domain / CC0 designations and are credited to the holding institutions. Work you create by following a studio protocol is entirely your own.

tagwerk is a studio-practice and reflection tool. It does not provide professional, educational-accreditation, medical, or therapeutic advice.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss of data, device issues, or other damages resulting from the use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights under Austrian and EU law remain unaffected.

Changes to the App

tagwerk may evolve over time and features may change, be improved, or be removed.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
